For those who haven’t met me before, you will discover that I am a woman who doesn’t do anything halfway. When I find something I’m interested in, I give myself to it completely. I am very passionate and need my life to be constantly in motion. This makes Chinese Medicine perfect for me, as there is always something new to discover within this ancient practice!

Before starting my acupuncture program in Toronto, I knew Chinese Medicine was unique. The philosophy of life and foundations are so different from the way we are used to thinking in the Western world. It is far deeper and more intricate than I could have ever imagined. It’s also fascinating to see the variety of strategies of treatments for one single problem. We must use our jugement and creativity. Here, we treat the person, not the disease. When I practice acupuncture, I find myself honouring the artist in me, choosing the tempo of needle stimulation, applying harmony through points selection, maintaining balance throughout the body. I create my canvas and I let the Qi flow through my tiny silver filaments.

I have lots of experience treating clients who are new to acupuncture and want to see what it's capable of, but are a bit afraid of needles. I have experience in treating physical pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, fertility, women's health as well as chronic diseases.

Chinese Medicine for Singers

Like I said, I am passionate and fully present in everything I do. While I was studying acupuncture, I couldn’t stop thinking about how Chinese Medicine could help singers. Since the beginning of my Eastern Medicine journey, I collected ideas, tricks, tools, Qi Gong exercices, recipes and meaningful information and I am now offering talks about Chinese Medicine specifically for singers. The purpose is to understand our instrument from another perspective, to be able to maintain the optimum health, fight colds and flus and understand better foods and healing herbs.
